Real Change Ministries is a faith-based non-profit 501(c)(3) organization targeting and serving seniors and low-to-moderate income families with children in the community.  We strive to meet their physical needs, promote personal and economic development, and provide leadership through training and mentoring opportunities. 

We are located and working in the Berkeley County and the surrounding areas, which consist of but is not limited to Williamsburg County.

To transform lives through relationships that will continue to grow the community, as well as God's Kingdom, by demonstrating care, concern, and compassion for our neighbors just as Jesus did.
